WORST EVER SERVICE AT BANGALORE

I have been using the products from Eureka Forbes for the last ten years. I had been greeting excellent after Sales Service from Eureka Forbes.


However, after shifting to Bangalore, I had horrible experience with Eureka Forbes for re-installation of the equipment at my residence.


Eureka Forbes boast about attending to any service calls within 48 hours. I had registered my request on 31.05.08 (AM). Even though 5 days have passed, the request has not been attended to and none of the Eureka Forbes Officials have the courtesy of calling back the Customers on the issue.


When the Company representatives are selling the product, they boast about the quality of the product and the excellent after Sales Service provided. But once the product is bought, the Customer is left to the mercy of GOD with no support from the Company.


Even the Officials are not giving the name & address of the concerned Officials with whom we can log our written complaints.


With the kind of support being given by the Company presently, it is sure that it would go to **DOGS.
