We have this product aquaguard i-Nova for more than 5 years now. Initially when the product was launched, the service and maintenance used to be excellent. A water purifier is as good as it is maintained hence the product requires good service support.
However, off late their response for service request is very lousy. When we call up the service center they give the mobile number of service head Mr Saravanan and when we call him up he redirects us to someone else. This merry go round keeps happening for almost 4 weeks now and we are unsuccessful in getting it cleaned and serviced.
Im thinking of selling this product to scrap dealer and buy an RO from a different company. I urge people not to buy Eureka Forbes products else youll get trapped in their lousy service.
