I am using this product in my house for many years. I have shifted this filter from Bangalore to Chennai. On installation, I wanted this filter to be cleaned. I spoke to their office on 30/10/2010. They have assured for imm service.
Nothing done. Again I spoke on 09/01/2011( Mr Sasikumar attewnded the call). Service request no: 84162107. Again assured servicing within two days. But nothing happened!
