I recently had a horrible experience with an agent from Eureka forbes because of whose ineffcient service and false committments, I had to return aquaguard water purifier.He took money from me and delivered the the aquaguard unit, 25 hours later than the promised time. He sent the technician for installation three days later even after my repeated calls. Each time I used to call him he said, "Sir, the technician is on his way. He will be in your house within half an hour.
" Later, he started making lame excuses and also talked to me very rudely blaming me that I am not co-operating with him. I was so pissed off that I returned the aquaguard unit and asked my bank to block the cheque. It has been 3 days and I have still not received my cheque back. I suggest Eureka Forbes to train their so called "Euro Agents" on behaviour and teach them to deliver per their commitments otherwise very soon they will be out of business.
