I called Eurek call centre several times... customer service several times. I can give names. But poor scape goats.. It is the bosses who should be ashamed. Are they joking? Call centre- Tagging the call - giving a number- All simply BXXX ShXX.
Several calls- big assurances- No response. They donot care to respond. We become a fool chasing them. How can a company be like that? Are they hearing?They can learn from telecom companies on customer service. Out source it if you cannot manage it. Pl do not encourage such companies however big they are...
Generally people comment on Govt depts. But this is worse.
BSNL is very good when you look at the size and base.When see the reviews in this site, I came to know that they are habitual defaulters. I am not the only one suffering. Please help.... God alone should help poor consumers like us.
