Extremely poor service from Eureka Forbes

Have been a loyal Eureka Forbes customer for years. Have regularly bought AMC.


Pursuing them for the last 1 month to get the Integra 7 installed at my home repaired. Empty promises are made by the contact center "some one will reach within 24 hrs. without any idea of who or when ". And if no one comes no one is bothered. empty promises, fake apologies and absolutely fake concern.
