If you buy an aquaguard please start your prayers! The product may be good or not, but the day you need a service to be attended you can start the journey of endless follow-ups! Their " I don t care" attitude has reached epic proportions. A loyal customer for over 25years, I have seen the decline over the last decade. But now, when everyone else has superb service, this company believes in hollow advertising and zero service. Annual contracts go well as it is private, but if you are out of it, then God save ypu!


Even the renewal process is traumatic, especially on relocation. Best of all, hollow "sorry"s! Like that makes a difference!
