I reside at Bangalore and own a Aquaguard Integra7 and I have taken an AMC for two years paying about 8K and the service you guys provide is the worst ever seen.I had a person from your contractor vendor(Pawan) by name Rajesh come in after repeated calls to clean up the Integra7 and he just did not even bother to clean the machine properly and as per AMC the filters/catridges etc. had to be replaced and he says there has been no stock coming in to them. Then why do you guys have AMC? Do we look like fools sitting out here paying 8K for no joy?
Its been more than 1 week since the machine is lying idle and we have been buying water from outside. Buying water from outside is what you call AMC for which we are paying you for? I am going to write to all possible customer reviews centers/forums across the globe, talking about how PATHETIC EUREKA FORBES service is and I am also going to post in all the MNC’s I worked for and my friends/family work for.
