Worthy product but Poor Customer Response

I purchased the Aquaguard Magna for my home use, the product is very good till it encountered with service issues.


product is very good with seamless performance, thanks to its 6 stage filtration process.


I was assured by the company for the warranty for one year which includes 3 mandatory service for a year in duration of 4 months. till the second service the product was working perfectly good but later the second mandatory service, the very next day the product started malfunctioning, water flow stopped. the good product was disturbed by the Service Engineer.


Logged the compliant the very next day but there was no response from the company. The service engineer was not able to reach through phone and no answer from him.


After a couple of days of long waiting( 23 days) the rectified from the local service guy.


There is no proper training from the company on how to do the service on the products.
