This review not about the product but about the Eurekaforbes Sales mans. I have interacted with two different sales men. These guys talk nicely and over commits on the delivery schedules of the product. I bought Aquaguard Magna and DHL person delivered it on my home after a day. I took a day off from office to get this fixed at my kitchen. This guy said he will send a person to fix it at 1:00pm, now it is 7:40pm and I made 4 calls to this person Subramani( Team leader, Kudlu gate office, Bangalore). The funny thing is every time I call he says he will be here at my house/send a person in 30mins.
The day when he asked the money, he mentioned about Eurakaforbes integrity/polices and wanted a payment immediately. The enthusiasm he had while swiping my card, is missing when I called him. Looks like Erukaforbes is inculcating cheap techniques to their sales men. Very bad.
You don’t show the responsibility. You don’t know the value of commitment. I can not take another day off. I am happy if you take this Magna product back and refund my money. I do business in professional way with commitment.
