Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Magna Water Purifier

Very good service and product

I live in Bangalore and I was planning to purchase the water purifier for my home as the water in the area I am living in is not at all good. I went through many products of different companies like Kent but finally stopped at Eureka Forbes, Aquaguard. I called up the customer care and he asked me my contact details for their dealers in that area. I got the call from the salesperson in next 5-6 hrs and he booked an appointment for demo on very next day at 9 AM. He was on time(which I was not expecting). He checked the water TDS in my home and suggested me the best option. He provided me the details about the water impurities and consequences of drinking such a hard water(TDS - 590). Going forward, I also checked the details of TDS and water impurities on internet while he was sitting beside me and found whatever he was saying was true.


Finally, he started giving me the details for different product. After a discussion of 15-20 minutes, I finalized the Aquaguard Magna. It was of Rs 17, 490. I was so satisfied that I paid the whole amount immediately for getting the product and installation. He said product will reach to my home in 2 days and once the product is reached, the very next day their technician will come for installation.


Me and my wife were excited about the new product to be coming our home. The next day I thought to check the people comment on this product.(I should have done it before). Reading the comment and reviews, I was totally depressed and made myself prepared for the problems to come. I thought if the product is not delivered and installed on next day(Saturday). I would go to consumer court for refunding of my amount and started looking for the procedure for that.


I happened so that the product got delivered on the promised day(Friday). I was bit happy but the real picture was about to come. I called the sales person and said that the product has been delivered please send your technician tomorrow for installation. He said he will.


But I was not sure if the technician will come or not because I read that if we make full payment, those people do not care much. The whole night I could not sleep well and kept thinking about this matter.


The next day morning, it was 9AM and there was no call from dealer or anyone. After waiting for 1 more hr I called the sales man to confirm if somebody is coming today. He said technician will give me call before coming.


It was 10:30 by now and my heartbeat and tension was increasing. My wife said me to go to market and get some vegetables and other stuffs. I thought that a good idea to keep the tension away.


We went out to shopping mall. It was around 11:30 that I got a call from technician. He said he will be reaching in half an hour. I said I am in market right now and please come after 1 hr. He said that the he would come in the evening around 4. I agreed on that and felt very happy from inside. First time I enjoyed shopping.


He reached my home at 4. and installed the product well. Again the picture was not over because I read the water taste is not good for this product. The technician has left at 5 and said to us to use the water after second filtration. Following his instructions, we threw away the first filtered water and waited for second filtered water. The taste was good and we enjoyed it.


Both of us felt very happy and thanked the Aquagaurd Team.


Till now we are very happy. hoping the team will keep the same service and support for future.
