I have purchased Dr Aquaguard Hd+ Ro uv through online payment Customer ID - 8000061876. I received aquaguard 5 days before as per telephonic confirmation .your team said once you’ll be received Aquaguard within 48 hours service representative will be visit your house for installation of Aquaguard. But till time no any service representative visit our house.
I made several time call in customer care they hold it my call for 30 minutes but no respond. So I want inform you that send any service representative within 24 hours otherwise I ll return the Aquaguard after 24 hours as per your product policy for product return within 30 days if you are not satisfy .
Please don’t purchase Dr aquaguard magna hd+ ro.and also don’t purchase eureka forbes products in whole life.and also request to madhuri dixit please stop the promotion of aquaguard.
