Call the Eureka Forbes helpline and they announce that they will attend to you in 2 working days. WRONG! I am a senior citizen left high and dry without drinking water since 25th February.(Today is the 29th) Thats despite my having called their helpline on day 2 and day 4 and after being assured that the matter would be looked into on priority. HAH!
What makes me mad about these so called service providers is that they dont even know the S of service.(Stick to manufacturing guys.that way you might be able to save whats left of your reputation.)
Could this negligence on their part be because I just renewed my annual service contract & its money in the bank? I wonder .
