Still I didnt get my product nor I got any call from your end. Please cancel my booking & refund my full amount i.e. Rs. 17, 490/- at the earliest.

At the time of booking I had clearly told your customer care executive Ms. Dipali & her team leader Mr. Yusuf, that my current water purifier is not in working condition so I am looking for this machine Aquaguard Magna RO system. I want delivery within 2 days. They told me that, it wont be possible in 2 day however they will deliver & installed Aquaguard Magna on Saturday i.e. 18/4/2015 without any problem. If I cancel booking I will full refund without any deduction.
But till date your executive didnt came for installation. So I called your customer care no. Again your executive inform me that, he will try to delivered by today evening & he gave me request id i.e. 91701478797.
Please note that, if I didnt get delivery as per your assurance I will cancel my booking & I want my refund without any deduction on immediate basis.
