Hi,
I had purchased the Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV Water Purifier on Feb 22 thru online(Eureka-Forbes website). The product was delivered within in 36 Hrs.
After that the real problem started .
I had to make multiple call to get it installed .
Immediately after the installation, It started leaking(by the time the technician had left our home). I had to make 5 to 10 calls to get it rectified and that took almost a week.
Now it is making noise. and as I am not happy with the product, ( as per their 30 days return policy) I am contacting them to return the item. The ticket number they have given me is 94805741. As per the SLA they are supposed to respond with in 2 days.But it has been more than 4 days they have not responded.
Funny part is. Most of the time their 24/.7 call center does not keep history of our service request calls. If I call them and ask for the status of my earlier call the response will be " sir there is no such call in our system" Please give your Address, phone number, and again they wil;l give you new number.
If any one wants the good customer server. Please Do NOT GO for this company product. Customer service is very very bad.
