I brought this Dr Aquaguard Magna water filter in May 2016. It started giving troubles in 1 month post installation.The service team came and cleaned filters and it started working. But this started happening for every 1 week to 10 days. These guys dont have any answer for this. Now a green light started blinking instead of blue. I lodged a complaint and the technician calls me and tells we need to change the filters which costs Rs 3600. It is only 7 months since we installed the machine and it is still under warranty.
Eureka forbes is just cheating customers with all these high end products. Please don’t buy this product. It is better to boil water and then drink instead of all these high tech gadgets which we are not whether they are doing any good.
