His is new product, I purchased it 2 weeks back. We were happy about new product, However in just weeks time we could see lot of ants inside water storage and we were drinking the same without our knowledge, We called customer care and informed. Technician visited & confirmed that as this is new product and has some issues, top tank cover is not properly fixed that is the reason. They have to send it to head office and it will take few weeks to fix it. Still now one from Aquaguard called to explain the problem, Now I have requested for Refund.
Don’t buy Eureka Forbes Aquaguard NRICH. Quality is pretty bad.
