I have purchased Magna HD RO+ UV in Aug 15. After 4 months it’s Filter crashed and technician asked me to buy new one. And I have to pay 4k. Eureka Forbes has very bad warranty policy and it’s good for nothing. It says

"Warranty – The Goods are warranted against defects arising from faulty designs, workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of Installation or 15 months from the date of sale, whichever is earlier subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable. "
And consumer assumed they are safe for 12 months but I-Filter, Chemi-block, RO Membrane, UF Membrane and taste enhancer etc is not covered in warranty. This is like cheating customers those who buy things in good faith. Eureka should give Product Warranty and replace spares in 12 moths period. I don’t recommend this to anyone and please read Warranty Policy. This is good for none . Just assumed you pay 17k and if filter goes bad next day. You have to pay 4k .
