After checking with few of my friends I decided to buy an aquaguard water purifier since the bisleri can was not available some times.
Aquaguard responded promptly and send a guy for demo(Ph No:9663432618). I had read a lot of technical stuff regarding water purifiers by then. His ignorance was very evident, still I didnt mind and decided to go for the latest product magna which had RO+UV+HD. The TDS in my borewell water was around 400.
I made the payment the next day(credit card), after the payment the machine didnt print the receipt. So he told he will bring it along with the product. I had no option than to wait.
He came with the product and left . Another total ignorant guy came for installation. He didnt check the TDS after installation even after asking many times. He told the guy who brought the purifier would come and check TDS. He didnt bring receipt as well.
Now the story begins.
I started calling the guy(9663432618) for receipt and TDS checking. He never responded. Filed multiple complaints in Eureka forbes website, no response. It doesnt allow me to escalate the request as well. Also it says I dont have a valid product.
I brought this when my wife was carrying, I got scared whether the technician removed the filter and put some old one and hence we was reluctant to check. I had the other fear whether the product is damaged and this guy gave me and he is not responding now.
Multiple times I send complaints on Eureka Forbess site. None responded or came to my house.

I am planning to visit this dealer sometimes this week to get a technician to check my TDS and fix it. I also want to ask them what would be the TDS from magna. Is it 87? Then why should I pay 17k?
Cant these people show some humanity? Isnt it drinking water?
I even bought a TDS tester because of this and got shocked to see that output TDS is 75-80. It gradually started increasing and now it is at 87. We used the same tester in my friends place, he has kent ro and he got 30. Another friend got TDS of 7.
I agree that a mineral RO would give TDS close to 30 or even upto 60. But 87 is not acceptable.
How do I know whether it is a filter issue or magna model issue? Eureka forbes or the service dealer has to respond right?
If the TDS is close to 100, the water is not drinkable. What would I do.
I think, I need to throw this device. and get a kent one or go back to bisleri cans.
