Aquaguard Service is really pathetic

Hi,


I had bought the Aquaguard magna 9 months before but now the filters are blocking frequently. I had called called the service center and logged a request and technician came and said that the filter was blocked and he cleaned it. But after 10 days again the problem exist now. The technician has visited and said that that the filter are blocked again and he cleaned it. When I asked him for a permanent solution he said that this problem will come frequently now onwards. I am not sure how the became qualified or how the got recruited.?


When I told him tto replace the filters he replied that the filters will be charged as the warranty does not cover on filters. Such a useless answer. I had never faced this kind of pathetic service from any company.  my number is 9035585415
