Bought this product on 25-Dec-2015 from its sales executive.
No one showed up for scheduled services under AMC; in this case under warranty.
Machine stopped working in less than 5 months, customer-care officer said service person will come in 2 working days!
So, buy this machine only if you’ve a stepney!
Update on this review . on 01-Nov-2016 is that now in about 11 months of buying this new machinne, I’ve 8 complaints for services and at least 4 calls for each complaint.
