As the water at my apartment is from mixed sources, I decided to buy a RO. There were many options in market but as my friend bought magma model I decided to take it. All reviews on Internet about this company and model were worst so I wasn’t so confident while buying it. Sales guy gave me very wrong information about AMC. He deliberately told me that AMC costs only 3000 where’s the actual AMC costs 5000. He checked TDS value of water and said that it is 240. I have TDS meter and actual TDSs value is 480. The sales guy was a cheater. Even after all this I bought this product . Installation guy was having lack of knowledge. He somehow managed to install product but didnot give me even basic information about the functioning. His TDS meter was either faulty or non functioning so could my check TDS value of output water. I think this is a deliberate attempt to hide the faults of their machine. I tasted the water and waste taste wasn’t so good. I thought of checking TDS value of water and surprising even after filter ration TDS was 300. It means RO couldn’t filter the water when company claims that it filters 90% of hard water. Everything product took 1 hour and 30 minutes to fill 6 litre tank and water wastage was very very high. I have logged a return request and process has now started. Let’s see how soon they give me my money back. But one thing is very clear that Beverly very buy any product from this company.
