Imagine this, you water filer stops working and lodge a complaint, the normal response time according to company policy is 48 hours(unbelievable).
DTH companies like Tata Sky restore you connection within the same day sometimes.
So cable Tv is more important than safe water.
The customer service guys at the end of the phone line are possibly underpaid and undereducated. The online system of redressal does not work.
I dont want to comment on the quality of the product as that is not important at all if I am not assured that I will get good service after spending hard earned money.
