I had brought the most high end product Magna in June 2015. However from the word, go there has been an issue with the Product.
a) The unit had an issue of depositing water at the bottom which to date has not been fixed
b) My name and records in the database was incorrect until I found out and all my tickets were getting closed without being serviced. Seems like a scam to avoid regular service
c) The customer service despite registering ticket no one calls back Tkt No# Complaint number: 85662855 & repeat complaint NO# Complaint Number 85690382 has not been serviced.
d) Despite all efforts the unit remains faulty and is apparently the most high end product.
Therefore, avoid this unit and opt for some other Water Purifier.
