I ordered Aquaguard Magna on 17th November. The Sales guy landed at my door step the same day and booked order. Collected the full amount assuring me of delivery and installation on 18th. It was delivered promptly on 18th but no one turned up for installation. Since nobody turned up for two days, phoned the customer service. On selecting the option for service, the call got disconnected. Next call was promptly answered when I chose the option Sales! The lady advised me to send SMS "REQ" to a number and call another number. Did both. No response. Again on 23rd, send SMS - this time I got a complaint number but nothing else.
The Sales guy kept promising installation within 24 hours and kept repeating the same assurance next day also.
Today, two Aquaguard sales persons put up a kiosk in front of our Apartment Complex. I told them I will stay the whole day near their kiosk and tell any prospective customer approaching them about my experience and also alert all apartment owners in our complex about it.
The response was immediate. That guy arranged for installation today, the 25th November 2014, a week after the item was delivered at my apartment.
I shudder to think what will be their response when I raise a service request for the item.
