I have baught this product from some other place.i must say that the water quality is still very good but the after sales service is very bad from eureka forbes.
I Also got 2 candles free inside and 1 with console. after using it gir 8 days the first candle are experied.the proccess in the cd to clean it doesn’t worked.the second candle after 4days experied and after 12days the third one.
Spare parts not available.
Even cartidge not available .
Customer service not good.
