I AM HAVING A NOVA MAKE WATER PURIFIER FOR COUPLE OF YEARS . TILL I RESIDED AT SHALIMAR ENCKLAVE(NEAR NUPUR KUNJ)-THE SERVICING PROVIDED WAS QUITE O.K.
BUT FROM THE TIME I HAVE SHIFTED TO MINAL RESIDENCY- NOT A SINGLE TIME DURING ALMOST FIVE TO SIX YEARS THE SERVICING IS PROVIDED ON A SINGLE CALL BY "MANU SERVICE CENTER".
I WISH TO KNOW WHETHER MY SERVICE CENTER MAY BE CHANGED TO SOME BETTER ONE.
RECENTLY I LODGED COMPLAINT OF NO WATER FILTERING ON 19-11-2010, WHICH WAS ATTENDED ON 05-12-2010-AND THAT TO MY SURPRISE THE PERSON DID NOT ALLOW ME TO SEE AS TO HOW IS HE DOING THE WORK. THE COMPLETE SERVICING WAS DONE WITH IN TEN MINUTES ONLY. FOR RECHARGING OF SOFTENER THE PERSON SPOKE THAT IT IS NOT HIS JOB -YOU GET IT DONE AT YOUR OWN.
IN NUT SHELL IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE EITHER TO GO FOR OTHER PURIFIER OR TO BE CONVERSENT AS TO HOW THE SAME IS DONE.
AS SUCH PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILED LEAF LET EXPLAINING THE PROCEDURE OS SEVIVING, BECAUSE THIS TIME I HAD TO PURCHASE WATER(BISLERI) FOR CONTINOUS THREE DAYS.
IT WAS A VERY ODD & DISAPPOINTING INCIDENT.
