I purchased Aquaguard Enhance water purifier three months back. Since from the installation date there was laekage from the product. I logged a complaint with Eureka. Service boy verified and told that there is manufacturing defect with this model. He told the knob has to be replaced. He told they will do it in week days. But now it has been more than a month.
Today I called customer service. They again registered complaint and told me they would attaend my complaint in 24 hours. Lets see. Ill post the result again.
See we all know that Kent is better than aquaguard. Only because of Kents poor customer service we opted for Eureka forbes. If it happens here also then ther is no difference. Anyway Ill keep posted the progress.
