We have an Aquaguard Nova installed at our place last year, we being in Air Force have to change houses almost at an average of once a year, we have an AMC done but installation is not included in the AMC...so you can imagine the installation charges we end up paying every time inspite of having an AMC !
The sales guy, Ashish, in Allahabad when installed the machine for the first time cut short the pipe saying that he would provide a new one free of cost if required later (we thought it’s part of a normal service), we changed the house ...inspite of N number of calls he never turned up instead asked for a liquor favour from us (that’s the kind of service they provide to their customers...! )
In all ...we find customer service ....pathetic !
Donno about the utility of the purifier though ! We have just bought it for our mental peace, to be frank !
I suggest against buying this product ! God be with u if have one ......!
