I purchased a Eureka - Aquaguard Duo water filter on Jan 31st 2012. I was promised that a nearby franchise would be attending issues (if any) faced after sales. Right from day 1 am facing problems. Spent 16k+ for this product and had to be without water for 36 hrs. Eureka taught me how to spend money for this product and buy mineral water for 36 hrs to survive. Filter wasnt working for 36 hrs and when I placed a compliant again on the 3rd day, filter started working and from day 4 there was a water leakage problem.
Initially the leakage was 1 drop. Then gradually, it increased to 5-6- I suspected there was some leakage at the bottom of the filter and I was managing for sometime by keeping utensils beneath the wall mounted filter (triple filtration.
Recently, I launched a compliant and all the customer care always promise that they would pass on the voice complaint to their their superior and it would be addressed.. but so far nothing has happened. am still facing the same issue.
