This is one company which is interested only in sales of the product and no one to attend to you for payment.
I purchased my Aquaguard Nova in June 2004 lured by the smooth talking executive - oops ! a conman from Eureka Forbes who committed on everything - a special two year service AMC ( instead of one), a cover for the machine, a discount on the price, quick delivery , installation etc. etc.
But after I made the payment for the m/c ( which was in advance - company policy), trust me, I repented every moment of having made the decision to purchase. My horrifying experience started with 10 days of waiting for the delivery of the machine after having made the payment, followed by another day for installation, followed by leakage in the machine, and subsequent rectification.
When I asked the executive about the promises of deliveries, I was told I will get the cover etc. etc. after one month. I had to call up atleast 10 times to remind the promised gifts / freebies to be delivered.
I asked for BILL / INVOICE with the details of 2 Year AMC. I was told by the company that the same will be sent to you within one month of the purchase. TRUST ME , TILL DATE I AM WAITING FOR THE INVOICE FOR THE PURCHASE AND THE SERVICE AMC CARD
The AMC is on call and you have to pay for the visit of the executive. The promises included every six month change of the carbon in the m/c which has not been done even once. ON TOP OF IT, THE SMART EXECUTIVE HAS ENSURED THAT THE M/C OPENING SPANNER IS NOT SENT TO YOU AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY SO THAT YOU CAN SERVICE THE M/C ON YOUR OWN, THOUGH IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE PART OF YOUR PURCHASE.
No one from the company is concerned. Everyone is driven by sales number so no one to talk to. It is a company with too many promises, false guidance, and poor support.
Will not recommend this product to anyone as it is no use to have such an expensive equipment of this crucial nature at home without any support. THIS COMPANY DOESNT GOES THROUGH THE PAIN THROUGH WHICH ITS CUSTOMER DOES.
