People who are planning to buy aquaguard please think once. Water filter needs regular servicing. When we called for 1st service they said within 1 day technician will come n service. But its been 12 days no response from them.
Whenever we call Cust Exe say today technician will surely come. Its our 1st service request in AMC but so poor service. Sometimes Cust exe will also say they don’t know why technician is not coming..
Then I asked who should know? its ridiculous! 12 days but not a single response for our service required.
