Poor and Pathetic Customer Service

I have never ever experienced such a poor, pathetic, worst, customer service from any product company than what i have got from eureka forbes and the agency from where i bought this product i.e. Good life. Do not ever buy any products from any agency and do not pay them in full. You buy a product and it doesn’t work from the very next day. You can their customer service, nobody bothers to fix your issue for 5-10 days from when you report them. You keep calling them again & again and these guys just say it will be taken care on priority and they forget about it. You get frustrated as you have bought a new product and have paid for it and its not working and their is no support from these guys. One fine day they come to see the issue, they do something and goes not even waits to see if the issue has been fixed or not. Then again it stops working. Mind you this products is not even a weeks old and you are facing all these issues. You are at your extreme frustration level with mental harassment dealing with all these issues apart form your office and personal issues. I ask them to replace the product which is not possible at all i guess. They just say me we’ll fix it and let’s see. The guy fix something and rushes to visit other customers from his list leaving my issue pending without checked. He goes and the problem starts again.


I have to call these customer service guys again without much of result, they again note down my issue and nobody visits me for another more than 5-6 days. I call up everybody in EUREKA FORBES, GOOD LIFE the agency from I purchased and my sales guy who sold me the product, nobody is able to help me except a line that it will be done. Mind you, I also spoke to the regional head of the EUREKA FORBES company and he also says that it will be done, when I ask him when it will be done, he hangs up the phone on me and never answers my call if I tried calling him again. Do you think you are capable of taking up so many issues after buying a product and paying for it after your office issues and personal issues that someone may have.


After going through all this, I asked these guys to replace my product as I am not very confident of this product anymore, this could give me any issues at anytime and I do not have anymore strength to call such lousy customer service again and again and expect any kind of support from them.These guys do not have any such word in their dictionary to replace a product. You have bought it you live with it if it is not even working but they will not replace it. I’ll not pay them my rest of the payment for the product as they deny replacing my product which is worst and do not work. Now, they call me when I’m in office and threatening me for the payment. Can these guys go so down. Am I asking for 2 products. I’m just asking them to replace my product which is not working and are not able to support them at all.


They are threatening me to pay and say they would send me a notice for it. If I had the time, I could have definitely filed a case with consumer court against them for such product and for the mental harassment they have been giving me for almost one month now....I’ll not pay these guys until my product is replaced and if they still insist me and threatens me, I’ll certainly find time and file a case against them with consumer coat to get proper verdict. Anybody who is reading this let me know if i’m wrong at my level and would you do the same if you would have been at my place.
