Very poor after sale service

I stay in Bangalore. I have bought I Nova aquaguard from Eureka Forbes. I have taken AMC after paying 3150 Rs. Now I have problem to get the water pipe replaced. I called the customer care number on 15th october and registered a complaint to replace the pipe. One person came same day without pipe and said that there is no stock. If you have urgency you can pay Rs250 extra. Other wise it will take two days. We didn’t pay any money. Next day again I called customer care and asked to get the water pipe replaced. I got reply that same will be done within 24 hrs. But no one turned up on 16th oct also.


Then again I called on 17th and asked them to replace the pipe. I got the same reply that I will get it replaced within 24hrs. Again the result was same. No one turned up. I didn The water pipe is broken’t loose hope and keep calling on 19th, 20th and 21st october and got the same reply that it will be done within 24hrs. I also logged in my complaint from the Eureka Forbes website but did not get any response till now. I asked who is managing customer care here in bangalore. The person told the name of Krishna but when I called his number other person picked up the phone and said that he is not there. I again asked to replace the water pipe giving the request number. The person again said it will done today but no one came till now. I am getting frustated with the service provided by the Eureka Forbes. I think all the customer care executive are trained to tell a lie. They will give on one response it will be done within 24 hrs. My annoyance is at peak and I am thinking to go to consumer forum.
