Water Purifier not working since the day of instal

This is a serious complaint about the water purifier which I had purchased in Oct 2010 in Kharghar Navi Mumbai and since the day of installation I had made 3 complaints about water drizzling out of the nozzle even when the purifier is shutdown.


There were visits done by the technicians but the problems is not resolved.
