Pathetic Customer Service

I called Eureka Forbes Customer care a week back since the tap switch on my Reviva got broken. A guy called the next day and without asking my present address, reached my old address. He said he will send another person tomorrow. 5 days have passed by and I am yet to hear back. There are many more better options in market today. Please stay away from these guys!
