Pathetic-Worst Service = Eureka Forbes

I have an AMC for AquaGuard RO. After getting the money, the company does not bother you. I made a complaint on the product on 5-Aug-13 and till today 10-Aug-13, none called or turned up. I had to call back (their SLA 24 hours). Should never buy products from them.


I would strongly recommend everyone to boycott Eureka Forbes products (whatever it may be). Pathetic response from the customer care (!@#$%^^&&) personnel.
