Aquaguard is only interested in meting their sales targets & while doing so they will always promise nothing less then moon & stars. However you come to know about their true colors when we sign the AMC. they have outsource their service business to local cheap vendors who again employ 5th grade total unskilled service guys.
At the end of the day customer doesn’t have any option to switch service provider as aqua guard products are only support by their outsourced centers hence you get into a never ending cycle of woes & pain.
Lesson I learnt from my exp with Aquagurard is that One should never judge the company by their product always judge them after sale service as that is what is going to count.
