The after sales service varies from area to area. I have had the worst experiences with them at Bangalore, Whitefield. AMC renewal is done promptly, but none of the follow ups are done. You have to keep calling multiple times for any issue.
Currently I am facing an issue with the motor - the service engineer has not turned up after repeated reminder calls for 7 days to the call center - reached one Mr Venkat Reddy also, who is the supervisor - to no avail. The call center number is unreachable most times(it disconnects after the IVRS) and when it gets through, they have no answer as to why backend team is not responding.
Escalation matrix does not exist - call center team is not aware of it, I have the recordings of my calls with them. The request number generated through phone does not work on the escalation process on the web. Overall a huge disappointment - my advise, dont buy Eureka Forbes and never go the AMC route - it is a sham, very unethical people.
