I am using Reviva filter and currently am in two years AMC. I have been chasing for support for the last 3 months, some complaints were closed without attending. Right now, I have registered following complaints and all are in open status.
I have called customer support close to 25 times, for this issue. I am not getting the problem attended. Couple of times someone came and said he needs to be bring some part and then no further information or support.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided, last 3 months and getting water from outside and spending about Rs 1500/month.
In spite of paying AMC of Rs 7500, I am spending this. Please let me know whether this is your regular service approach.
If it cannot be supported anymore, at least give my AMC amount, I will get serviced or I will just blame myself for purchasing this and go on.
Should I still expect any possibility of support?
