We purchased Aquaguard RO system by the name Pure plus few years back and everyone was aware that we have to change the filters(RO Membrane) once in six months. Were with AMC with Aquaguard to maintain this Junk of no use, however to get service we need to call the cust care "n" number of times and with poor turnout or zero response sometimes. Always false promises and untrustworthy product , one can feel the customer care only in TV ads. I knew that Aqua guard sales reps are very good when comes to sales its only on sales, they dont even bother to turn back once the sales is done.
Let me come to my story, the junk which got from Aqua guard didnt work quite oftern and we had AMC and calling the CC oncein 2 days. These guys respond that the service will happen today and tech will be reaching you place today with the complaint no:
Look how many requests/complaints were lodged to get this Junk serviced.FYI, theyll wait until our AMC get expired and show their face. However AMC got expired on 31st April 2012.
