Aqua-guard service needs to improve to survive

What ever may be product The service is very poor. I have brought one aqua guard reviva water purifier before 15 days it given a likage problem. I have called the customer care for repair the technician came and check it and next day he replaced the valve. When I am seeing the next day the purifier is not working. When I called the person he came after 2 days and checked all the things cut all the wires and check each component finally told that the pump I shaving problem I will replace after 2 days. After that all his phone numbers are become unreachable and about more than 100 times call and some person picked up the phone start speaking in some other language such that I will not able to understand any thing.


After that I started contacting customer care every day after a lots of struggle I will speak to customer care they will tell sorry for inconvenience we will certainly take care of this problem. and same story is repeating every day morning and evening. Last 4 days I am continuously following no response.


I think I have to throw the aqua-guard reviva purifier in the dustbin and I will purchase can water that will be the tension free way rather than to break my head every day after paying 12000 rupees to this aqua guard company. The aqua-guard company has been very well trained the costumer care persons and the technicians how to create problem to the customers by not attending the call. How nicely escape from the calls from customtakeouter care.
