Pathetic service

I’m very sad with services from eureka forbes.. My service request (67039077) which was logged on 11th June 2012, still waiting for miracle to get completed. Every day, I wait for the service men and no body comes up.


Then when I call customer care they give the assurance of today closure. Today never comes. I am being forced to purchase water.Moreover my product is under AMC. May be this is the reason that I am being ignored.


Do not go for Eureka Forbes just a fake entity.
