Enhance The So Called Paani ka Doctor

Have recently bought a AquaGuard Enhance Water Purifier in October 2011 & I’m already experiencing the worst customer experience. The new kit the technician brought was faulty, he charged 300rs for a simple stand which they are installing to the hold the filter & he Never turned up also to replace the system after taking the money, After Multiple calls, The sales person got the inner membrane filter changes on the green RO done as per High TDS RO which I refused so he bought another peice allready opened one and installed giving ME all zazz, It ideally was supposed to get serviced every 4 month with free filter replacements but untill 8 months none came... as the customer care says no details of this purchase exist in their system, , , best part is my cheques got cleared on this company’s name... isint it great????? after so many complaints technician comes only to spoil the RO MEMBRANE filter -- After 15-20 calls made to the sales/technicians/managers at Hyderabad they get the filter changed and go.This filter also has a design default due to which " ANTS" get into my tank which I reported may be a hundred times now to all the sales/technicians/managers and customer care... the technician accepts it as design default and gives me referances of people arround my area who could not do any thing to Aquaguard to get it repalced... and he was proudly saying that even if you rome around the world you will not get any benifit so adjust with the product and hear our suggestions to make it work.. .is that all you get for paying Premium cost??????


The so called PAANI KA DOCTOR promoters advised me to stick a industrial tape and tighten the lid of the water storage tank as it aparently is design default.... surprisingly a Manager who named Sampath from Hyderabad also stupidly suggested me to use Lakshman rekha on the tank to kill the ants...


Technician who came took a written complaint for replacement as advised by the customer care and Hyderabad division so called manager I gave a complaint .. till date no update.. it is been two months now and I keep following with no hearing the concerns. What a pathetic service. Shame on you Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Customer service, management teams. The only reason I went ahead to pay 4-5k more is for a better machine hoping it to help build our health. But It appears I have wasted that money.


SALES TEAMS ARE NICE UNTIL THE SALE IS DONE...AFTER THAT THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH....should this continue please be assured you will have to shut down your stupid company one day Eureka Forbes...


I earlier used two products and had good image of this company and hoped they develop better products to the one that existed.. but to my surprise they are doing worst products and when queried to resolve concerns they say we cant help but we can take down your feed back to improve the product IN FUTURE....


This company and companies products are Nonsense and Nuisance
