I bought Aquaguard Reviva from Bharadwaj agencies in Nalgonda which is a franchisee of Eureka Forbes on 6th june 2009.the machine was installed on9th june, after installing the machine the representatives did not give me the user manual or the warranty card they even took away the box in which the machine was brought.
I was in doubt whether this was new machine or an old one so I contacted eureka forbes and service incharge Hyderabad got in touch with me and said he was sorry that this has happened said that he would send Aquaguard RO smart machine, as I wanted the machine in my home replaced and I said I will pay the difference of Rs.2000as the new machine cost is Rs 14500.
This was on 15th of june 2009.Till now there is no response from your side.the franchisee says he will not give me the warranty for the machine which is with me as I have requested for another one and he is not installing the new machine inspite of my repeated calls.service incharge guys mobile is switched off and when I called hyderabad office they say he is onleave and only he can solve this issue. can you arrange for the new machine to be installed in my house otherwise I have no option but to Should igive a police complaint that I was cheated or contact consumer protection cell.I am facing all these problems inspite of paying RS12800, which is nearly half of my monthly salary.Kindly look into the matter.
