I had purchased EUREKA FORBES RO water filter for about 13000 Rs in 2009. I took AMC contract costing about 3600 per year. I was supposed to get four free services a year. one service coupon was utilised at the time of taking the AMC.
For the rest 3 services I continued to call all and suddenly nobody turned up that the AMC period was over in July 2010. Very next week service people came up and demanded 250 Rs. for service. All please of unfulfilled commitment fell on deaf ears.
I would advise DO NOT BUY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCTS> THEY ARE CHARGING EXORBITANTLY FOR EVERY THING FROM PRODUCT TO SERVICE. SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR AND VIRTUAL CHEATING.
