Few days back, I was approached by a sale person from Eureka-Forbes, who told us the currect scheme going on their water purifier system. We had ordered him to install the RO system water purifier. Now the cofusion started.


When he came to next for installation, the product which he had brought having no where displayed as a product of Eureka-Forbes. No where the company name of logo is written. When I asked him about that, he simply told us this the company marketing policy.


To my surprise he is ready to take the cheque in favour of Eureka Forbes. So that will end my hesisation, as I thought that if he is agree to take the cheque in favour of company name than what he saying is true. The system has only one sticker of ’Dolphin RO Water purifier system’. The system is wroking perfect and fine. I had not recd any Bill or warranty card, as I was told that the same will reach to me within 6 week directly from company.....BUT........


Now my query is that, Is such type of activities is really carried by the company. What ever the deal I had done have any problem in future. If any of Eureka Forbes authority is going on this section and read this review, pls be inform that we can enter in such type of deal without any hesitation or the person who is doing is a culprit. I have the full details of that sale person.
