Very worst support which I ever seen from such a brand product, I am using reviva ro system, which I bought 2 years back, from the day I given the PO I am facing problem, for delivery they committed 2 days. But I got it after 20 days, each and every time when I request for support they will say within 2 working days it will get resolved but minimum it will take a week, when the service guy insisted me to go for AMC so that you never face any such kind of problem in service, I though will help be better so I put 2 years AMC by paying Rs. 6000 but again they are doing the same thing.
Please don’t prefer Eurekha products definetly you will face service problem
