The product is gud.............however the after sales services need to be re-evaluated..the technicians should be more informed..they must educate the customers rightly......every thing need not be done only when it is escalated......the nano silver filter should be made more durable....the details like when the filters need to be changed should be more clearly mentioned in the brouchers....
The after sales services need to be checked thoroughly....the customer should not be made the escape goat for the features which he is supposed to know but never told to him by the sales executives....
Recently I had a problem with my RO...the person who came to repair it was having only half knowledge of the product, hence was not able to convince me that what he as done is right or not...finally when I excalted the matter and his bose talked to me..then only the things were cleared out....
