Auqagard RO Watwer Purifier

I bought a new Reviva RO system from Aqua Guard and the unit has stopped working after less than a month og purchase. We have called the service every day after that and reminded them of the problem at least three times each day. Apart from false promises, we have not received any assurance or any one visiting to check it out.


I am wondering that the product is still under warranty and we are being treated like this. What will happen when the warranty finishes? I think I will need to go to consumer court and file a complaing because there is no otherway I see it. I have spent 12500 rupees on this "useful" gadget and it broke down so easily. I am now buying Bisleri jars @ Rs 60 every day to tackle the drinking water problem at my place. This is a terrible experience.


I do not recommend this company to anyone, not because of the product but because of their attitude.


Mr. Eureka Forbes, you can survive only for a short time with such an attitude!
